We care about your data privacy! Upon checkout with Rosa Fabrics, your online payment is pre-authorized for the purchase amount and is automatically captured when the entire order is fulfilled. This way, we confirm your order is in stock at our warehouse.

If the item you requested is not in stock, we will contact you directly via the information provided at checkout (email and phone) with an update of the next shipment, or assist you with finding a comparable alternative product. If you are not satisfied with the options in stock, we will cancel the pre-authorized payment and your credit cards will not be charged.
