Rosa Fabrics Returns and Exchanges

Return Your Order

Our goal is to deliver the most individualized and welcoming experience when you shop with Rosa Fabrics both in store and online. If something is not correct with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.Β 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same whole condition that it was received, unwashed and uncut, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. An item is no longer eligible for a return or exchange if it has been opened, cut, washed, or used in any way.

To start a return, email us atΒ rosafabricsmia@gmail.com with the subject line β€œReturn Request.” Please include an attached photo showing proof of issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to your email address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and Issues

We take care of our inventory in each stage of our supply chain, and inspect each order and product thoroughly before shipment. In a rare case if you receive your order defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, contact us immediately at rosafabricsmia@gmail.comΒ so we can exchange your order for an undamaged or corrected product.

  • Whole Fabric Bolts
  • Standard Fabric Cuts (4yds or more)
  • Uncut/Unused Trims
  • Uncut/Unused Appliques

Exemptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to return:Β 

  • Sale items
  • Sample swatches
  • Gift cards
  • ScrapsΒ 
  • Special orders
  • Any cut-to-size fabrics, trims, bodices, accessories, etc.

There are no exceptions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow the instructions above for returning your order.Β 

Payment Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds for items returned damaged or in unsellable condition will not be processed.Β
