Shipping policy
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping usually takes around one to five days after the order is fulfilled.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer direct international shipping. However, we can ship orders to international fulfillment centers where customers manage vendor shipments to other countries. Let us know how we can assist with your shipping needs.
My order says pending. What does that mean?
Upon checkout, we verify all inventory before processing your order. If all items are in stock, your purchase is completed automatically by processing your payment authorization and shipped. In the rare case of an item being out of stock, we’ll notify you via email to find another solution or give you an estimate of when a particular fabric will be restocked. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, we double-check due to our extensive selection.
It is rare that we will be out of stock as we do our best to keep track of inventory but as we have thousands of items we like to double check before processing orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
What happens if my fabric arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within seven (7) business days, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
