How do I know the fabric color will match what I see on screen?
Screens may display colors differently. We recommend ordering a swatch for exact color matching.
Do you offer fabric samples or swatches?
Yes! Swatches are available for most fabrics to help you see and feel the material before purchasing.
How is fabric sold—by the yard or by the roll?
Our online fabrics are currently sold by the yard (36 inches) in precut lengths. Various fabrics measure between 54-60 inches wide. Please check the product description. We do sell whole rolls/bolts. Please contact us directly regarding this interest.
Can I order a custom cut or specific length?
We cut fabric by the yard, but we are unable to make custom cuts. Some fabrics are available in half and quarter yards. Please visit the product page for cart options. Please contact us if a fabric you like is not offered in a standard cut on our website, and we can work with you to make it right.
Is this fabric suitable for bridal, evening wear, or upholstery?
Most fabrics we offer are designed to be made into special occasion formal wear, performance costumes, uniforms, or designer apparel. All our fabrics are manufactured and selected with the utmost detail and regard for its use. Each fabric description includes a recommended use and occasion. If unsure, contact us for recommendations; we’d love to discuss your project!
How do I care for and clean this fabric?
Care instructions are provided in the product description. Some fabrics require dry cleaning or special handling.
Ordering & Shipping FAQs
My order says pending. What does that mean?
Upon checkout, we verify all inventory before processing your order. If all items are in stock, your purchase is completed automatically by processing your payment authorization and shipped.
In the rare case of an item being out of stock, we’ll notify you via email to find another solution or give you an estimate of when a particular fabric will be restocked. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, we double-check due to our extensive selection.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping usually takes around one to five days after the order is fulfilled.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer direct international shipping. However, we can ship orders to international fulfillment centers where customers manage vendor shipments to other countries. Let us know how we can assist with your shipping needs.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
What happens if my fabric arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within seven (7) business days, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange fabric or accessories?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please read our returns policy for complete details.
What if I ordered the wrong fabric?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received, unwashed and uncut, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please read our returns policy for complete details.
