Can you help me match a fabric to something I already have?
My order says pending. What does that mean?
Upon checkout, we verify all inventory before processing your order. If all items are in stock, your purchase is completed automatically by processing your payment authorization and shipped. In the rare case of an item being out of stock, we’ll notify you via email to find another solution or give you an estimate of when a particular fabric will be restocked. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, we double-check due to our extensive selection. Your pre-authorized transaction will be canceled if we cannot fulfill your order.
Can I order a custom cut or specific length?
We cut fabric by the yard, but we are unable to make custom cuts. Some fabrics are available in half and quarter yards. Please visit the product page for cart options. Please contact us if a fabric you like is not offered in a standard cut on our website, and we can work with you to make it right.
